Meet Mimi:
My name is Emily Jackson. I'm from the charming region of South Georgia, where I live with my loving husband of 25 years. We have two wonderful kids who bring so much joy to our lives. In addition to being a devoted wife and mother, I'm also a daughter, sister, and full-time office manager.

My Crocheting Journey:
In 2023, I learned that I would become a MiMi for the first time. This beautiful news inspired me to take up crocheting, with the goal of making a special baby blanket for my grandbaby (Matthew Jr.). Little did I know that this simple project would ignite a deep passion within me for the art of crochet.

Since then, I have fallen in love with crocheting. Each day brings new opportunities to learn and master new stitches, patterns, and techniques. The journey of transforming simple yarn into intricate and beautiful creations is incredibly fulfilling.
